"0x115 - RTVSCAN is operational and may be holding our memory, exiting. Please restart RTVSCAN or reboot the system"
This is happening to a handful of users after we upgrade them to 801. We contacted Symantec and, of course, they said it wasn't their problem.
I also had the problem on a Blackberry server. It would hang during a full Symantec scan with a similar RTVSCAN - memory error. We already have the Domino directories excluded. We excluded the Blackberry directories - we'll see what happens...
